Jack A. Clark, President of Red Oak Realty, has more than 22 years of operational experience in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage, management, investment, lease negotiations with tenants and outside brokers, broker and tenant relations, strategic planning and development. Since 2001, he has been responsible for over 200 lease transactions valued at over $200 million. Prior to being promoted to President in March 2011, he had served as the company's Director of Leasing and Operations since joining ROR in June 2010.
Mr. Clark began his career in 1987 as a property management accountant for Goodman Homes in Plano. In 1988, he joined Prentiss Properties as an assistant project accountant in Dallas. From then until 1997, he held a series of position with increasing responsibilities with Prentiss in California that included assistant property manager, property manager, and general manager. From 1999 to 2009, Mr. Clark worked again for Prentiss in Dallas and Fort Worth, rising to vice president of leasing in 2002. He was senior director of leasing for NAI Huff Partners (now Transwestern) from March 2009 to May 2010.
Active in professional and community affairs, Mr. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas and Fort Worth Chapters of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and he is a former two-term president of the Fort Worth BOMA Chapter. He is also on the Board of Directors and executive committee of Downtown Fort Worth, Inc., and is a former board member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
A native of Shamrock, Texas, Mr. Clark graduated from West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M University) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.
